Free unlimited e-mail technical support is provided for all purchased products.

Users requesting support for an unregistered shareware or freeware product will receive responses as our time permits us.

To request support, send an e-mail to support6@muconsulting.com. Responses for purchased products can be expected within one business day. Please make sure to include the following information in your support request:

  • product name
  • version number
  • for registered products, your registration name
  • operating system version
  • exact command-line text if applicable
  • any error messages produced
  • a phone number if you would like us to call you
